Dr. James D. George is a lifetime resident of Akron, Ohio. He is a graduate of East Akron High School, the University of Hawaii and Kent State University. He was conferred his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1963 and has been providing dental patients of all ages and from all walks of life with high quality dental care for nearly 50 years.
Dr. George has the unique distinction of being a former Olympic weight-lifting athlete and medalist, having won a bronze medal in the 1956 Melbourne Olympic Games and a silver medal in the 1960 Rome Olympic Games.
Dr. George is a member of the Akron Dental Society, Ohio State Dental Board and the American Dental Association.
Dr. George is married and the proud father of five children, grandfather of six grandchildren, and great grandfather of six great grandchildren.
