Dental Lab Technician – Full Time / Part Time

We are looking for an experienced dental lab technician to join our dynamic team. Candidates will possess a solid knowledge and use of dental lab technology, as well as experience fabricating dental prosthetics. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates dental prosthetics inclusive of model pour ups, denture set ups, denture processing and denture repairs
  • Responsible for crown and bridge work inclusive of staining and glazing
  • Use of computer aided design (CAD) in fabrication of dental prosthetics, such as milling and 3D printers
  • Experience with Cerac, Exocad, 3Shape preferred
  • Ensures all prosthetics meets establish quality standards
  • Accurately interprets lab prescriptions
  • Work closely with dentists and other clinical staff to ensure prosthetics meet patient expectations and are delivered timely


Requirements and Qualifications:   

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a dental lab technician
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrives as a member of a team in a team focused environment
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to direction
  • Open to training and building his/her knowledge base
  • Excellent attention to detail

Dental Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
  • Take and develop dental x-rays
  • Provide patient education and post-treatment care
  • Perform dental charting and update medical records utilizing software


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent experience
  • X-ray license per the Ohio State Dental Board
  • Scanning
  • Outgoing, teamwork spirited, respectful, and genuine
  • Exhibits compassion and care to patients
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patients with excellent attention and reception at each visit
  • Patient relations with professionalism
  • Patient check-in and check-out
  • Dental insurance verification
  • Submission of claims and patient billing
  • Assist with processing of pre-determinations, treatment plan follow-up, and responding to patient inquiries received by phone. 


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possess experience working in a dental or medical practice with a demonstrated understanding of codes and  insurance confirmation
  • Affinity for patient care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to build relationships, both internally and with patients
  • Effectively address patient concerns with a positive attitude
